  • Change of Mind / Other Reasons:
    If you wish to return or exchange a product due to change of mind or other reasons not related to product defects, you may do so subject to a 10% deduction from the product price as a restocking fee. The product must be returned in its original, unopened condition, with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact. You will be responsible for all shipping and courier charges related to the return. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange or provide a replacement within 10 (ten) business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind:
    Refunds are not applicable for cases where the customer changes their mind after receiving the product or for any reasons unrelated to product quality.
