Refund and Returns Policy

At Kornoda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent refund and return experience for both customers and retailers.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 3–7 days of receiving the product (as applicable)

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via email or hotline.

  • Provide your Order ID, product details, and clear images (if damaged/defective).

  • Once approved, our team will arrange return pickup or provide return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued as full cashback (as per eligibility).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or mobile financial service.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or special offer items (unless damaged/defective)

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Products damaged due to misuse

5. Wholesale & Reselling Orders

For bulk or B2B orders through Ecoven, return conditions may vary based on agreement terms.
