Kornoda Vendor Policy

This Vendor Policy applies to all sellers registered on Kornoda.com. Our goal is to maintain a safe, transparent, and customer-friendly e-commerce platform where vendors can operate smoothly, fairly, and professionally.


1. Prohibited & Restricted Products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., raw food, cooked meals, fresh items) are not allowed for upload or sale on Kornoda.

  • Any attempt to sell unauthorized, counterfeit, pirated, or illegal products is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in permanent account suspension in accordance with Bangladeshi law.


2. Commission & Fees

  • A 5% commission applies to each successfully delivered product.

  • No registration, subscription, or listing fee is charged.

  • Commission is only applicable on successful order deliveries.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors may use either their own delivery system or Kornoda’s optional shipping service.

  • If Kornoda’s shipping service is used, vendors must deliver the product to a designated Kornoda hub or office.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be paid by the customer as per order details.


4. Product Quality & Responsibility

  • Vendors must ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and quality of the listed products.

  • Selling fake, incorrect, or poor-quality products is strictly forbidden and may lead to account suspension.


5. Payment Policy

  • Payments for successfully delivered orders will be sent to the vendor’s bank account or mobile banking account within 1–3 business days, after deducting the 5% commission.

  • Kornoda does not offer advance payments.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate account information; Kornoda is not liable for incorrect payments due to vendor error.


6. Stock & Availability

  • Stock levels must be updated in real-time.

  • If a product is out of stock, it must be clearly marked as “Out of Stock” on the platform.


7. Customer Service & Professional Conduct

  • Vendors must respond to customer messages or complaints within 24 hours.

  • Communication must remain professional and respectful at all times.


8. Return & Refund Policy

  • Vendors must accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Refunds must be processed promptly and professionally.


9. Product Upload & Content

  • Product images, descriptions, prices, and features must be clear, accurate, and complete.

  • Providing false, misleading, or low-quality information may lead to account suspension.


10. Product Verification

  • Uploaded products will be verified by Kornoda’s team within 1–2 business days before being published.

  • Products without images and descriptions will not be approved.


11. Legal Compliance

  • Vendors must follow all applicable Bangladeshi laws.

  • Kornoda reserves the right to request a valid Trade License and National ID for verification.


12. Campaigns & Promotions

  • Vendors may participate in promotional campaigns only with Kornoda’s prior approval.


13. Security & Ethical Use

  • Any form of fraud, misinformation, or unethical activity is strictly prohibited.

  • Kornoda reserves the right to take legal action if required.


14. Policy Updates

  • Kornoda reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All updates will be published at www.kornoda.com.
